Printed Envelopes are a great way to reinforce a company’s identity and create a clean, consistent impression. These are the professional touches that show high attention to detail and help you manage your brand consistently. The most common order options are #10 Regular Envelopes (9.5″ x 4.125″) on 70# Uncoated Offset Smooth Text weight white paper. They are printed in either in full color or black print on one side and do not have coating.

Printing can move up to 1/16″ in any of the 4 directions during the die cutting and folding process. For this reason, a shift of up to 1/16″ tolerance in each step is acceptable and within industry standard. Because of this, we do not recommend printing envelopes with a borderless layout.
